1) Connectivity Issues 

a) Are you near your Oasis? To connect your device to your home internet network you have to be near it for the initial pairing so that the device can pick up and register your phone as the control point.

b) Is your home internet on and connected well? Make sure you are connected to the internet when initiating the pairing process with the App!

c) Is your phone near a bad signal spot? This may affect App to phone communication.

d) Contact us if this issue persists. We will fix the problem as fast as possible!
